Hint of Honey had the pleasure of helping these lovely clients stage their home, after a long four months on the market.

Starting with an in-home consultation we evaluated the space through the eyes of a buyer. Then, Hint of Honey developed and implemented an effective staging plan tailored to the attributes of the property and a specific buyer demographic. The plan came together, and our clients accepted an offer within a week of us staging their home!

A bright colour palette for the upstairs was designed, and implemented. The fresh orange and yellow tones of the decor and furnishings helped to soften the red hardwood floors, and created a bright and cheery atmosphere.

The lower basement suite, with its unique flooring took on a more modern flare, complimented by an urban feel and a luxurious blue accent colour to draw the eye in.

The soft finishings and the multitude of textured pillows made this space inviting and cozy, creating a soft feeling for the buyers to make themselves feel right at home... Which they did! We were thrilled to learn our client accepted an offer on their staged home within a week!
