A home that is just "good enough" for our lives is unfortunately all too common.

This wonderful couple wanted to correct that and wanted more from the space that they call home. After careful consideration, they hired Hint of Honey for interior design help find solutions to help the family live more comfortably and efficiently.

The home had a bright open plan with a large vaulted ceiling. Adding large handcrafted faux beams and large picture designer pendant lights over the peninsula helped add natural character to this large ceiling.

The original fireplace was small and poorly designed, a perfect candidate for a floor-to-ceiling overhaul. Luxurious white stack stones were combined with a brand new driftwood gas fireplace and mantel, giving the main floor of the home a stunning focal point.

The design plan from Hint of Honey is flexible and gives the clients the tools and knowledge to go ahead with more enhancements as life allows. A master bedroom and ensuite revamp are also on the list of future home upgrades.
