Hint of Honey tackled this reno in six months of work. Every layout and detail was intensely thought out ahead of time, a new layout was proposed, and an amazing, show stopping, white modern kitchen and luxurious bathroom were created. Beautiful finishes were selected and this house landed as one of the top properties on the market. A successful full open house followed and the many amazing people that came had such beautiful things to say.

Hint of Honey had not only successfully rehabbed this property, but also created a beautiful atmosphere that all who walked into felt - It was A Home! This home had multiple offers and new owners took possession a very short time later. This was a successful flip, and we can not wait for our next adventure!
